On november 4th, 1922, Egyptologist Lord George E. Carnarvon and Archeologist Howard Carter made and exciting discovery. They found the tomb of Tutankhamun of the18th dinasty in the valley of the kings. The tomb is more than 3,000 years old. On February 17TH, 1923, They opened the tomb and found a magnificent collection of egyptian art and the mummy of the king. Lord Carnarvon died two months later
